10:30am breakfast
vanilla/berry paleomeal smoothie
supplements

2:45pm lunch (african food)
chicken skewer dipped in curry broth
mixed veggies (kidney beans, cabbage, carrots, onions, and broccoli)
water

6:45pm snack
granny smith apple and half an orange
water

8:00pm snack
when it became clear that i was not going to be able to have a real
dinner, i ate the other half of the orange and had more water

*workout: today's workout was several hours of line dancing spread out throughout the day

11:30pm bedtime
water with inositol, evening supplements, and 1 stressarrest capsule
