9:00am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
1 chicken sausage with cilantro
3/4 cup blueberries
water with supplements and carniclear
(note: i started my new supplement protocol today)
12:15pm lunch
3 cups romaine & spinach salad with 8 pearl tomatoes, 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, and 2 tbsp newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 cup green tea with orange flavoring
water with supplements
4:00pm snack
1 chocolate/almond paleobar
water
7:45pm dinner
1 chocolate/banana paleomeal smoothie with 2 tbsp flaxseed meal and 1 tsp xylitol
water with supplements
8:00pm workout
90 min line dance rehearsal wih the wranglers
1.5L water
11:00pm bedtime
water with inositol, 1 stressarrest capsule, and 600mg motrin

You must not have PaaaaaaaaaaleoMeal smoooooooooothies at niiiiiiiiiight! They're clearly labeled "for breakfast use only" oh nooooooo!
