11:00am lunch
tuscan salad wrap (chicken, olives, mozzarella, viniagarette, romaine)
water -- i'm out of lunchtime supplements until i can afford more...
:-(
*a note on my supplements: the metabolic synergy is still making me sick, so ive been having to take only one in with breakfast and one with dinner. any ideas on how to stop the nausea before i order another metabolic synergy?
4:00pm snack
celery and almond butter

7:00pm dinner
whole wheat pasta with chicken & broccoli marinara sauce
water with supplements
7:30pm workout
2 hours of line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
11:00pm bedtime
water with inositol
