1 cup whole wheat pasta with turkey, garlic, s, and marinara sauce

1 hr 15 min walk around warner bros studios

11:00pm dinner
romaine salad with feta cheese, walnuts, pepper, and newmans light balsamic viniagrette dressing
hamburger parry with melted bleu cheese and steamed broccoli with seasonings
water
4 wedges of brazilian cantaloupe for dessert
11:45pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
