1:15pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with 6oz grilled chicken breast and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
4:15pm snack
1 small granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water
8:00pm dinner
6oz chicken breast, sauteed in olive oil, covered in pesto sauce
2 cups steamed broccoli seasoned with sea salt, pepper, organic garlic powder, and italian seasoning
water with supplements
10:30pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
