mock trail mix (i had 1 baggie left and no breakfast ingredients)
water with supplements
2:00pm lunch
1/2 rotisserie chicken and a double serving of mixed steamed veggies
water
8:00pm dinner
whole wheat pasta with turkey, , garlic, and marinara sauce
sparkling water with supplements
*note: i had been dancing all weekend and sleep really felt like it was more important than the gym today. i will return tomorrow.
10:15pm bedtime
sparkling water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
