8:15am breakfast
greek yogurt parfait as shown in recipe with 1 tbsp each of flaxseed and walnuts
water with supplements

12:15pm lunch
large cobb salad (minus bacon and bleu cheese)
water

6:00pm dinner
hamburger patty topped with feta
raw broccoli
water

7:30pm workout
2 hours line dancing rehearsal with the wranglers
1L water

11:30pm bedtime
water with 1 stressarrest capsule
