10:15am breakfast
1 cup mixed fruit & 10 almonds
water with supplements, carniclear, and folic acid
1:00pm lunch
1/2 rotisserie chicken
2 cups mixed veggies
water with supplements
3:45pm snack
1/2 of this salad: 3 cups romaine with 6oz grilled chicken breast with tomatoes and mushrooms with oil & vinegar dressing
3 cups mint green tea
7:30pm dinner
the remaining 1/2 of the salad from my snack
water with supplements
8:00pm workout
2 hrs line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
1L water
11:45pm bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
