2 scrambled eggs with 2 sausage links

9:45am starbucks
venti green tea (plain)
10:15am major sugar crash
1 banana & the salad I was going to have for lunch (romaine & spinach with lemon pepper, goat cheese, and walnuts with just a little bit of newman's own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing)

11:45pm lunch
leftover whole wheat pasta with organic marinara with ground turkey, peppers (red, green, & yellow), mushrooms, and garlic
(there was supposed to be a salad, but I had it early when i had my major sugar crash)

5:15pm pre-workout snack
1 1/2 cups mixed melons with pineapple and strawberries
1/4 cup cottage cheese

5:45pm workout

9:00pm dinner
subway low carb turkey wrap with tomatoes, olives, cilantro, feta cheese, cucumbers, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper
