9:00am snack
1 nectarine & 10 almonds
water
11:00am breakfast at ihop (from their "ihop for me" menu)
2 scrambled eggs with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms
1 cup mixed cantaloupe and honeydew with just a few grapes and 2 bites
of watermelon
water
2:15pm snack (while in tijuana, mexico)
1 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water
8:30pm dinner at hometown buffet
(they only had iceburg lettuce, so i skipped a salad)
1 small slice of ham from the carvery
1 small slice of roast beef from the carvery
1/2 small baked chicken thigh
brussel sprouts & peas
i used my "3 bites" for their "no sugar added" vanilla soft serve frozen yogurt
water
