9:45am breakfast
2 poached eggs
1 sausage
3/4 cup watermelon & 1 honeydew wedge
green tea with lemon
11:15am snack
1 green apple & 10 almonds
water
4:00pm lunch
(we had a "buy one get one free" coupon for a buffet with terrible
selection, so i was kinda limited. They only had iceburg lettuce at
their salad bar, so i skipped it...)
small portions of ham, turkey, and prime rib from the carvery
triple portion of mixed veggies (including wax beans, green beans, red
peppers, & squash)
i also tried 2 crab legs and 4 shrimp before deciding i didn't like
them, so that's all i had
sparking water
