cottage cheese parfait as shown in recipe (with onlu 2 tbsp combined of flaxseed meal and walnuts)
water with supplements

11:30am lunch
romaine salad with chicken and newmans own light balsamic dressing
water

2:15pm snack
1 cup edimame
water

6:00pm dinner
hamburger patty with sliced tomato and a sweet potato
water with supplements

9:30pm bedtime
water with 2 stressarrest capsules
