8:00am breakfast
parfait with 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 3/4 cup berries, xylitol, vanilla extract, 2 heaping tbsp flaxseed meal, kashi go lean, and walnuts
water
11:45am lunch
stir fry (beef, celery, broccoli, just a little shredded carrots, and bean sprouts), served over steamed brown rice
water
8:30pm dinner
romaine salad with 6 pearl tomatoes, feta cheese, walnuts, and newmans light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
broccoli with a hummus dip
chicken sausage with cilantro and red, yellow, and green bell peppers, all sauteed in olive oil
small bowl of strawberries for dessert
9:15pm evening walk
45 minute walk around my neighborhood
11:30pm bedtime
water with inositol
