5 times sprinting down my block and walking back
1/2L water
9:45am breakfast
chocolate/banana paleomeal smoothie
water with supplements, carniclear, and folic acid
1:00pm lunch
3 cups spinach/romaine salad with 5 cherry tomatoes, black olives, and hard-boiled egg slices with oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
3:45pm snack
2 shots diluted black espresso on the rocks
8:30pm dinner
pesto chicken with 6oz chicken breast over a bed of sauteed spinach (1 cup)
water with supplements
11:45pm bedtime
water with 1 stressarrest capsule
