2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, and 1/4 avocado
side of sliced tomatoes
1 chicken sausage with cilantro
water with carniclear, supplements, and 600mg motrin for swollen thumb
10:15am snack
1 cup mixed fruit & 10 almonds
water
12:15pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with grilled chicken, apple chunks, crushed pecans, and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
4:15pm snack
1 chocolate/almond paleobar
water
8:00pm dinner
easy italian chicken & broccoli as shown in menu with 6oz chicken breast
sparkling lemon water wih supplements
11:30pm bedtime
water with inositol, 600mg motrin, and 1 stressarrest capsule
