8:45am morning workout
5 times sprinting down my block and walking back
(*i will leave time for more on future days)
1/2L water
10:15am breakfast
1 cup mixed fruit & 10 almonds
water with supplements
1:00pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with 6oz grilled chicken, sliced tomatoes, and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
8:00pm dinner
1 hamburger patty & 2 cups steamed broccoli
water with supplements
9:00pm evening workout
4 hours of social line dancing and a performance with the wranglers
1 1/2L water
1:30am bedtime
water with 1 stress arrest capsule
