8:30am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, and 1/4 avocado with a side of tomatoes
2 cups green tea with supplements
11:45am snack
1 chocolate/almond paleobar
water
2:30pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with 6oz shrimp, slivered almonds, and balsamic dressing
water with supplements
7:30pm dinner
6oz hamburger patty
2 cups steamed broccoli seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder
water with supplements
9:00pm workout
2 hours line dancing at oil can harry's
1.5L water
11:30pm bedtime
water with 1 tbsp inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
