8:30am breakfast
2 scrabbled eggs with spinach & 2 small sausage links
1 cup cantaloupe
water

11:30am lunch
rotisserie top round roulade with roasted red bell peppers, asparagus,
goat cheese, & spinach
double steamed seasoned veggies
water

2:15pm snack
1 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water

9:15pm dinner
seasoned hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato, & onion
mixed veggies
water
