2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, and provolone cheese, served with sliced tomatoes
cottage cheese with mixed melons and strawberries
water
1:15pm lunch
sliced roasted turkey with mixed veggies, peas, and a few carrots
water
9:00pm dinner
romaine salad with 6 pearl tomatoes, walnuts, and newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
sauteed chicken & broccoli with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian herbs, and chopped garlic, sprinkled with a little parmesean cheese
sparkling water with supplements
dessert was 6 wedges of brazilian cantaloupe
11:00pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
