7:30am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach, seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder
1 cup mixed strawberries/blackberries
water with supplements

10:30am snack
1 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water

12:15pm lunch
2 bbq chicken thighs (no sauce)
2 bbq beef ribs (no sauce)
1 small corn on the cobb
1 cup cabbage salad with balsamic vinager dressing
1 glass iced tea (plain)

6:15pm dinner
1 cup whole wheat pasta with 1/2 cup leftover turkey garlic marinara
3 cups romaine & spinach salad with 8 pearl tomatoes and 2 tbsp newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
water

8:30pm workout
2 1/2 hours country line dancing (socially...not with the wranglers)
water

11:45pm bedtime
water with 1 stressarrest capsule
