water with carniclear

6:30am morning workout

8:15am breakfast
chicken sausage with spinach
water with supplements

10:15am snack
1/2 chicken wrap with veggies, mustard, mayo, and spinach
water

1:00pm lunch
large cobb salad (minus bleu cheese and baon) with oil and vinegar
the rest of the chicken wrap from snack
water

6:15pm dinner
easy italian chicken and broccoli as shown in menu
water with supplements

7:30pm evening workout
2 hours of line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
1L water

9:45pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
