water with supplements

12:45pm lunch
roast beef with au jus
mixed veggies (double serving)
water

3:15pm snack
1 cup edimame
water

7:00pm dinner
leftover easy italian chicken and broccoli
water with supplements

9:30pm bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
