8:15am breakfast
2 scrambles eggs with red & green peppers, mushrooms, and spinach
1 sliced tomato
water with supplements
11:30pm snack
1 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water
2:30pm lunch
3 cups romaine and spinach salad with 12 cherry tomatoes and 2 tbsp chopped walnuts with 2 tbsp newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 cup whole wheat pasta (last serving!) with 1/2 cup leftover turkey marinara
water
4:00pm snack
1 small navel orange & 10 almonds
water
6:30pm dinner
1 hamburger patty seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1 1/2 cup sauteed green beans
water
11:30pm bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
