8:30am morning workout
10 times sprinting down my street and walking back
1/2L water
10:15am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, and 1/4 avocado with a side of sliced tomatoes
1 cup mixed fruit
water with supplements
1:00pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with 6oz grilled chicken breast and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
3:45pm snack
1 granny smith apple with 10 almonds
water
7:30pm dinner
6oz grilled chicken breast seasoned with fresh-squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, organic garlic powder, and italian seasoning
1 cup (tightly packed) raw spinach
water with supplements
8:00pm workout
2 hour line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
1.5L water
10:30pm bedtime
bedtime tea with 1 tbsp inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
