3 cups romaine salad with 6oz grilled chicken breast and oil & vinegar dressing

6:30pm dinner
6oz pesto chicken on a bed of sauteed spinach
water with supplements
8:30pm workout
performance with the wranglers, followed by 3 hours of line dancing
2L water
4:00am bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
