12:30pm breakfast in bed
2 slices ezekial whole wheat french toast coated with more & less cereal, topped with blueberries and greek yogurt/xylitol sauce
(NOTE: the chef was unaware i was to not have dairy and starchy carbs)
1 cup coffee with 1 tsp xylitol
supplements
1:00pm morning workout
10 times sprinting down the block and walking back
1/2L water
6:00pm dinner
3 cups romaine salad with newman's own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
6oz grilled chicken breast seasoned with sea salt, pepper, organic garlic powder, and italian seasoning
1 cup steamed broccoli with the same seasoning
water with supplements
6:30pm evening workout
performance with the wranglers, followed by 3 1/2 hours of line dancing
2L water
11:00pm
water with evening supplements and 1 stressarrest capsule
