6:45am morning workout
10 times sprinting down my street and walking back
1/2L water
8:15am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder
1 organic chicken sausage with cilantro
green tea with supplements
11:45am snack
1 pear with 10 almonds
water
2:30pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with 6oz chicken breast, sliced tomatoes, and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements
7:30pm dinner
6oz lemon-basted grilled chicken breast seasoned with sea salt, pepper, organic garlic powder, and italian seasoning
2 cups sauteed broccoli seasoned the same way as the chicken
water with supplements
8:00pm workout
2 hour line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
1.5L water
10:30pm bedtime
water with 1 tbsp inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
