15 frozen grapes & 10 almonds
water
9:00am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach
2 small sausage links
water
10:30am snack
1/2 granny smith apple
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese with chives
water
1:15pm lunch
stir fry with chicken asparagus, garlic, bell peppers, water
chestnuts, bamboo, green onions with tons of bean sprouts and a dash
of soy sauce
water
3:45pm snack
1 pear & 10 almonds
water
9:00pm dinner at subway
tuna salad wrap with spinach, green bell pepper, olives, cilantro,
feta cheese, tomato, oil & vinegar, and salt & pepper
