greek yogurt parfait as shown on recipe plus two heaping tbsps flaxseed meal, and i added a scoop of vanilla paleomeal before i realized that the recipe didnt call for it. oops!
water with carniclear and supplements

romaine salad with cubed chicken, 6 pearl tomatoes, walnuts, and newmans own light balsamic vinaigarette dressing
leftover whole wheat pasta with turkey marinara

5:00pm snack
granny smith apple
water
8:30 dinner
leftover hamburger patty
small strawberry bowl as dessert
water with supplements
11:45 bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
