10 times sprinting down my street and walking back
1/2L water

9:00am breakfast
1 chocolate/almond paleobar
water with supplements

11:45am snack
1 pear & 10 almonds
water

2:30pm lunch
3 cups romaine salad with shredded salmon and oil & vinegar dressing
water with supplements

7:30pm dinner
6oz pesto chicken on 1 cup sauteed spinach
water with supplements

9:00pm workout
2 hours line dancing at oil can harry's
1.5L water

11:30pm bedtime
water with 1 stressarrest capsule
