starbucks: venti breve no-foam latte

12:15pm lunch
romaine and red leaf lettuce salad with sliced chicken, mushrooms, bean sprouts, sliced beets, and roma tomatoes with oil & vinegar dressing
water

3:00pm snack
1 granny smith apple and 10 almonds
water

6:45pm snack
1 paleobar
water

8:30pm dinner
romaine and spinach salad with oil & vinegar dressing
1 cup whole wheat pasta with tj's organic marinara sauce, with ground turkey, basil, oregano, orgainc garlic powder, with sliced garlic, topped with parmesean cheese
dessert was 1 cup strawberries
1 cup decaf green tea

11:30pm bedtime
1 stressarrest capsule with water
