8:00am breakfast
1 chicken sausage
1 1/2 cup mixed melon
1/2 cup cottage cheese
water with supplements
1:00pm lunch
8 oz sliced roast turkey
1 cup mixed veggies (mostly cauliflower)
1/2 cup steamed brown rice
water
5:15pm snack
1 cup edimame
water
*note: i worked a lot of overtime today, and by the time i got off, it was too late for dinner, so i skipped it.
10:00pm bedtime
water with 2 stressarrest capsules
