12:15pm lunch
large cobb salad (minus bacon and bleu cheese)

6:00pm dinner
hamburger patty topped with feta
raw broccoli

7:30pm workout
2 hours line dancing rehearsal with the wranglers
1L water
11:30pm bedtime
water with 1 stressarrest capsule
