2:30pm lunch
3 cups romaine/spinach salad with oil/vinegar dressing
leftover pasta with turkey marinara and parmesean cheese
water

5:30pm snack
starbucks: venti breve 3-shot no-foam latte

7:00pm dinner
6oz pesto chicken on a bed of sauteed spinach, seasoned with organic
garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper
water

7:45pm workout
1hr 45min line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
1.5L water

11:00pm bedtime
bedtime tea with 1tbsp inositol
