10:30am breakfast
2 slices whole wheat french toast with greek yogurt & mixed berry topping (about 1/2 cup)
water with supplements
1:30pm snack
1 granny smith apple
water
6:30pm dinner
2 cups romaine salad with 6 cherry tomatoes and 2 tbsp newmans light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
6oz "fried" seasoned pork chop (in olive oil, no coating)
1 cup steamed brussel sprouts, seasoned
water with supplements
7:30pm dessert
1 cup mixed melons (cantaloupe & watermelon only)
11:30pm bedtime
water with inositol and 2 stressarrest capsules
