2 slices whole wheat french toast with 1/2 cup greek yourt, raspberry, & and xylitol topping
water with supplements
3:00pm snack
banana and 10 almonds
water
7:00pm dinner party
2 cups mixed veggie salad
3 slices pot roast (about 6-8oz)
a few plain croissant bites
a few bites of homemade mac & cheese
1 small peanut butter thumbprint cookie
11:45pm bedtime
water with inositol
