10:00am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach and green, yellow, and red bell peppers, all seasoned with sea salt, pepper, organic garlic powder, and italian seasoning
1 cup mixed fruit (strawberries, a few grapes, pear slices, and apple slices)
water with supplements
3:00pm lunch
2 cups spinach salad with 2 tbsp pecans, 10 smashed raspberries, and 2 tbsp newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 grilled hamburger patty
1/2 cup hummus and 2 cups raw veggies
water
8:00pm snack
1 slice cheesecake (JJ's recipe)
water
10:00pm cocktail
10oz long island iced tea made from vodka, tequila, rum, gin, triple sec, and sparkling water
12:15am bedtime
