berry compote exactly as shown in menu plus 1 tsp vanilla extract
water with supplements
10:15am snack
3 cups romaine/spinach salad with 1 tbsp walnuts, 1 tbsp feta cheese, 6 pearl tomatoes, and 2 tbsp newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing

1:00pm lunch
1 cup whole wheat pasta with 1/2 cup trader joe's organic marinara with turkey and garlic added
water
3:45 snack
1 granny smith apple and 10 almonds
water
6:00pm dinner
fajita fulling - 6 oz flank steak sauteed in olive oil and garlic with red, green, and yellow bell peppers
1 1/2 cups romaine salad, dry
water with supplements
7:30pm workout
2 hours of line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
water
11:15pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
