1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mixed melon
water with supplements
1:30pm lunch
1 tarragon-lemon chicken breast
10 asparagus stalks
1 cup steamed spinach
water
5:00pm snack
3 bites german chocolate birthday cake for a co-worker (it was really good and that scares me!)
water
6:30pm workout

3 cups romaine/spinach salad with 1 tbsp feta cheese and 1 tbsp chopped walnuts with 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes with 2 tbsp newmans light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 cup whole wheat pasta with 1/2 cup trader joe's organic marinara with added turkey and garlic, topped with 1 tbsp grated sheep's milk romano cheese
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries and blackberries)
sparkling water with supplements
11:15pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
