1:30pm lunch
green salad wrap with 6oz grilled chicken and oil & vinegar

3:45pm snack
1 granny smith apple

7:15pm dinner
easy italian chicken and broccoli as show in menu (about 2 cups)
water with supplements
7:45pm
1 anaprox (naproxen sodium; basically aleve), 500mg, for headache
water
8:00pm workout
90 minute line dance rehearsal with the wranglers
water
11:15pm bedtime
water with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
