3 cups romaine/spinach salad with oil/vinegar dressing
6oz leftover pesto chicken
1 cup spinach, seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder
water

8:30pm dinner
3 cups romaine/spinach salad with oil/vinegar dressing
6oz boiled shrimp
2 cups steamed organic green beans seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and
organic garlic powder
sparkling water

10:00pm drinks
2 glasses of red wine

11:30pm bedtime
1 stressarrest capsule
water
