9:30am breakfast
(JJ, i read your email about this breakfast after i had already eaten it)
2 scrambled eggs with 2 small sausage links
1 cup mixed melons & 1/2 cup cottage cheese
water

12:15pm snack
greek yogurt parfait as shown in menu with added flaxseed meal
water

3:00pm lunch
6oz tri-tip steak in its own juices with 2 sides:
broccoli & "charred" tomatoes
green beans & wax beans
water

9:00pm snack
1 cup mixed melons & 1/2 cup cottage cheese leftover from breakfast's
purchase at work
water

9:15pm cardio
25 min walking outside with bursts
drank 1/2 L water

11:15pm dinner
subway tuna salad low carb wrap with veggies, salt & pepper, and oil &
vinegar (i know it's a VERY late dinner - i was packing for an
impromptu trip to las vegas and it pushed everything back. If it's
any consolation, i wont be asleep for at least three hours after my
meal since i'm on the road as we speak writing from my cell phone.
Any tips for eating while in las vegas??)
