9:00am breakfast
greek yogurt parfait with frozen berries, flaxseed meal, vanilla, cinnamon, xylitol, and kashi go-lean cereal
water
12:00noon lunch
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta with organic marinara with ground turkey, peppers (red, green, & yellow), mushrooms, and garlic
water
5:45pm snack
1 green apple & 10 almonds
water
6:15pm workout

I was at the gym for over 2 hours and didn't get home until almost 10pm. I decided that sleep was more important than a late dinner, so I went to bed.
