8:15am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, and red & green peppers
1 cup mixed melons & berries
water
12:30pm lunch
4 cups romaine salad with 6oz chicken, mushrooms, bean sprouts,
tomatoes, and red peppers with oil & vinegar dressing
water
7:30pm dinner
3 cups romaine/spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, goat
cheese, sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder with oil & vinegar
dressing
easy italian chicken & broccoli from menu
1 cup sauteed green beans seasoned with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning
1 cup tea
dessert was 1/2 cup mixed blueberries/raspberries
