leftover whole wheat pasta with turkey marinara and parmesean cheese

(i know it was WAY too long before dinner, but I was constantly busy
and wasn't really hungry.)

tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat bread
1 banana
water
12:00midnight bedtime
1 stressarrest capsule
