(slept in for as long as possible, didn't eat until lunch time)

1:30pm lunch
8oz hamburger patty seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and organic garlic powder
mixed steamed veggies
water

7:30pm dinner
leftover whole wheat pasta with turkey marinara and parmesean cheese
sparkling water with supplements

10:00pm bedtime tea
with inositol and 1 stressarrest capsule
