7:30am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach
1 turkey sausage
1 cup mixed melons with 1/4 cup cottage cheese
water

1:30pm lunch
1/2 rotisserie chicken (i took off the skin), no sauce/gravy
1 cup tomato, eggplant, and green bean "stew" with spices
1 cup steamed mixed broccoli & cauliflower
water

3:15pm starbucks
venti green tea (plain)

4:15pm snack
2 1/2 cups Caesar salad (romaine lettuce) with a bit of chicken, but I took out the croutons and picked as much of the shredded parmesan cheese as I could, although some of it stayed in the salad (just a little bit)
olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing
water

4:45pm workout
(see workout blog)
drank 1.5L water

8:30pm dinner
2 cups romaine & spinach salad with goat cheese crumbles and walnuts with newman's own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
leftover whole wheat pasta with organic marinara with ground turkey, peppers (red, green, & yellow), mushrooms, and garlic
dessert was 1 slice of JJ's cheese cake with a raspberry/xylitol sauce on top
water
