11:45am snack
1 nectarine & 10 almonds
water

2:30pm lunch
subway tuna salad wrap with veggies, oil & vinegar, and salt & pepper
water

9:00pm dinner
salad with vinaigrette
whole wheat pasta with marinara
2 small ground beef meatballs
1 italian sausage
water
