(because of very late arrival in las vegas, i woke up at noon)
1:15pm breakfast
ham steak with 2 eggs
1 cup frest fruit & 1/2 cup cottage cheese
(they didn't have anything non-starchy or any veggies on the menu for breakfast)
green tea with lemon
2:00pm workout

drank 1L water
5:00pm snack
1 red pear & 10 almonds
water
10:30pm snack
1 banana & 10 almonds
between 11:00pm & midnight
3 shots of tequila with lime wedges
12:45am dinner
salad with cherry tomatoes & cucumbers with oil & vinegar dressing
1 herb chicken breast with a little bit of garlic butter
double serving of green beans
water
between 1:30am & 2:30am
5 more shots of tequila with lime wedges
2:45am
1/2 L water before bed
