2 scrabbled eggs with spinach & 2 small sausage links
1 cup cantaloupe
water

12:00 noon snack
1/2 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water

2:30pm lunch
1/2 rotisserie herb chicken
double serving of mixed seasoned veggies
water

5:45pm snack
1 small orange
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese with chives
water

8:00pm dinner
lemon seasoned chicken breast
mixed steamed veggies
3/4 cup brown rice cooked in chicken broth
sparkling water
